Alcohol is served only to guests aged 21 years or older.
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for entry and may be requested to verify booking details.

Bookings Made Through This Website

Bookings submitted through this website are subject to availability and confirmation by Royal Denzong Casino. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us via email, SMS or phone.

Entry package pricing, inclusions and chip/coupon values are as listed on the Bookings page and are subject to change without prior notice.
OTPC/NN chips issued as part of a package are non-cashable, valid for one play only, and subject to the terms listed on the Bookings page.
Additional games or tables may be added to the gaming floor from time to time.

On-Property Rules

Formal or smart casual dress code applies; shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops and chappals are not permitted.
Admission is not permitted if a guest is under the influence of alcohol.
Photography is prohibited on the casino gaming floor.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any guest, at its sole discretion.

Responsible Gaming

Royal Denzong Casino promotes responsible gaming. Gaming is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as a source of income.

Payments

All payments made on this website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Royal Denzong Casino is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from your visit to the casino, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
